SPARQ · PRIVACY

Your project inquiry

Updated 14 October 2026. This notice explains how SPARQ handles inquiries from this website and Sam’s campaign, product-launch requests, and the conversations that follow.

Who is responsible

Nicky Scholten, operating SPARQ as a sole trader, is responsible for your information. SPARQ is the name used for the service. Business/contact address: Robert Schumanlaan 18, 4463 BE Goes, The Netherlands. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@getsparq.im.

What we collect and why

We collect the name, email address and answers you submit, plus any optional website, country or notes. We record the source page, campaign tags, submission date, notice and question versions, follow-up status, and your optional marketing choice. Necessary technical information helps secure the service and prevent abuse. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your notes.

Your name, email and required answers let Nicky understand and respond to your request. Without them, the form cannot send an inquiry; you can contact us by email instead. Optional fields and marketing permission are not required.

For a request about work you may buy personally, we process the information to take steps at your request before a contract and, if you become a client, to perform that contract. For organizational contacts and other relevant inquiries, our legitimate interest is to respond to the conversation you initiated and manage possible work. Our legitimate interests also include securing the service, preventing duplicate submissions and honoring opt-outs. We limit access and retention and do not use these interests to add you to promotional mailing lists.

Promotional tips and service updates require your separate, optional consent. Main website inquiries do not subscribe you to general marketing. Product-launch requests give permission only for news about that product. You can withdraw promotional permission through the link in your acknowledgement or by email. A previous unsubscribe remains effective after a new inquiry. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing or a response you requested about your project.

Your answers select one of three follow-up messages. Nicky reviews inquiries personally. The form does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Saving an unfinished survey

Before the survey, you can choose Save and continue. This asks us to store your name, email and the answers you save as you continue, for up to 30 days so you can return later. You can choose Continue without saving instead. Typing into a field alone does not save it to our dashboard. A random private resume link is kept in your browser tab’s session storage; it is removed after completion and normally when that tab closes.

A separate, unchecked choice lets you request up to two completion reminders, approximately 24 and 72 hours after saving. We use that consent only for finishing this survey. Reminders stop when you complete the inquiry, withdraw permission, or the saved survey expires. The stop link also withdraws promotional permission. Existing unsubscribes remain effective. No general newsletter permission is granted, and we do not treat an unfinished survey as a submitted project inquiry. Resend sends these reminders; Nicky can see saved progress in the private dashboard.

Who receives the information

These providers may also process limited account, security and service information for their own purposes under their privacy policies. Where necessary, relevant records may be shared with professional advisers or authorities to meet a legal obligation or handle a specific claim.

Processing outside the Netherlands

Our providers operate internationally, including in the United States. Sites does not offer a guarantee that hosted data, backups or logs stay in Europe. Applicable provider terms use European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision for relevant transfers. Google also describes reliance on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can read the safeguards in the OpenAI Sites processing terms, Cloudflare processing terms, Resend processing terms, Google transfer information and Namecheap processing terms. Email Nicky to request further information or a copy of the applicable safeguards, with confidential information redacted where needed.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time. Contact hello@getsparq.im. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month; if a permitted extension is needed, we will explain it within that month. You may complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or your local supervisory authority.

Cookies and advertising

Meta Pixel is separate from the inquiry and email-marketing choices. On eligible public pages it sends page visits and device/cookie information to Meta after acceptance for EU visitors, and by default for US visitors unless they opt out or send Global Privacy Control. We do not include your name, email or form answers in pixel events. Private dashboard, survey-resume, reminder-preference, outcome, privacy and unsubscribe pages do not load the pixel. Our cookie notice explains recipients, storage, transfers and how to change your choice.
