AI WORKFLOW BUILD

Less repetitive work.
More room for your work.

Intake, enquiry follow-up and content preparation can take time away from the people you serve.

I build focused AI-assisted workflows for businesses, ministries, coaches and educators. We start with one task, connect the agreed tools and put your review before anything is shared.

Illustrative enquiry workflow: enquiry received, details organised, follow-up prepared, then your approval.
One example of what we could build. Your workflow starts with the work you need to do.

A PRACTICAL STARTING POINT

What would you like
off your plate?

Prepare for a client session

Bring intake answers together and draft a summary of the client’s goals. You review the notes before the session.

Follow up with enquiries

Organise incoming enquiries and prepare a reply from your own guidance. You check the details and decide what to send.

Turn expertise into content drafts

Use a recording or transcript you have permission to process to prepare a newsletter or post draft. You edit it for accuracy and voice.

Handle recurring questions

Draft answers using your approved course or client material. Questions outside that material go back to a person.

THE FIRST PROJECT

Start with one task
worth fixing.

You don’t need to replace your whole setup to make progress.

We choose one workflow, its starting point and its intended output. Before the build, we agree the tools, review steps, exceptions and acceptance checks in a proposal.

Your first workflow includes

  • A map of one workflow, with its trigger, inputs and output.
  • The tool connections specified in your proposal.
  • The workflow and its prompts or working instructions.
  • Testing agreed examples and failure cases with you.
  • A review step before AI-generated messages reach clients.
  • Handover notes so you can run and manage the workflow.

The proposal confirms integrations, revisions, price and timing. Software subscriptions and ongoing support are separate. For writing workflows, we also agree a short voice guide based on your own examples.
