When you contact SPARQ
We use the details you submit to understand your request and respond personally. The inquiry privacy notice explains what we collect, the purposes and legal bases, service providers, international processing, retention, saved surveys, optional email permissions and your rights. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a general newsletter.
When you browse the website
OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare host and secure the website. Necessary technical information is processed to deliver pages and prevent abuse. Google Analytics loads automatically on public pages before cookie choices. Optional session recordings and advertising tools are described alongside Analytics in our cookie notice. Cookie settings in the footer control Microsoft Clarity and Meta advertising; they do not disable Google Analytics.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
